One of the ASAP Lab’s primary goals is to ensure our research is disseminated among the broader autism community in British Columbia. With this aim in mind, the ASAP Lab is starting a talk series! Autism Evidence ASAP will unpack timely and cutting-edge findings from research regarding the experiences of anxiety and stress among autistic individuals.
These events will take place on select Wednesdays from 6PM – 7PM. Our first event occurred on December 5th, 2022, where ASAP Lab Director, Dr. Connor Kerns discussed what research tells us about how to recognize anxiety and stress-related conditions in autistic children and why it’s not so straightforward. If you missed the session, you can watch the recording here!
You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on upcoming Autism Evidence ASAP events here.

I am not available Wednesday nights but am interested to receive recordings of these talks.
